Happiness is something that good to have, yet to achieve it is sometime hard…
How about "the art of Happiness" for it. Like;
1. Be positive and optimistic.
2. Socialize (Go out and have a quick chat).
3. Create personal goals and dreams (Something that can be done in short time).
